Obama scourers Herschel Walker

Raphael Warnock will likely win his Senate seat again. Former President Obama is in Georgia stumping with him. Obama was not kind to Herschel Walker. Being truthful about that tool of the Right-Wing Republican Party is inherently unkind, giving the flawed candidate and his unapologetically violent and flawed existence.

Obama dinged Walker for lying about beating him in basketball while not having ever met him. He inferred that Walker had the mindset of a seven-year-old, given his verbiage about vampires and other characters.

“Since the last time I was here,” Obama said. “Mr. Walker has been talking about issues that are of great importance to the people of Georgia, like whether it’s better to be a vampire or a werewolf. This is a debate that I Must confess I once had myself when I was seven. Then I grew up. In case you’re wondering, by the way, Mr. Walker decided he wanted to be a werewolf, which is great. As far as I’m concerned, he can be anything he wants to be. Except for a United States Senator.”

That was the perfect set of words in its simplicity to point out the caliber of Senator Herschel Walker would make. It was the mic-drop moment. Obama went on to urge Georgians to vote. He made it clear that being tired was no excuse not to vote responsibly.
