Getting it SORTED

Founded in 2018, Sors Digital Assets is a leading blockchain financial technology company specializing in solutions and products for the Web 3.0 ecosystem. Building on our success and as we look to the next evolution of our business, the famous claim that “software is eating the world” was at the forefront of our minds.

Sors is a Virtual Asset Service Provider (‘VASP’)*. Sors works closely with Fortuna Digital Custody**, also is taken to be registered to conduct business as a VASP by Central Bank of Ireland, and Black Manta (BMCP)***, regulated as a dedicated broker dealer for tokenized securities, by Ba-Fin in Germany. In parallel, the Sors Ecosystem now includes over a dozen companies and institutions from all aspects of the crypto/blockchain market. Our ecosystem and portfolio companies span across Defi, Security Tokens, Investment Funds, NFTs, Social Tokens, Cross-Chain Bridges, Gaming, Entertainment, Finance and Custody.

All of the above come together in our new product offerings under the name, ‘SORTED’.

SORS is getting it SORTED.

We are taking the value of our experience over the last four year in Sors and combining it with our vision of what the industry needs to create the next one billion wallets in a regulated and compliant environment. The first two products under SORTED are the ‘SORTED Dealroom’ and ‘SORTED Wallet’:

  • The Dealroom provides opportunities in emerging projects within a regulated environment, bringing crucial value and safety to both issuer and buyer. The Dealroom will be a one-stop destination for a regulated token sale. SORTED Dealroom launches February 2022.
  • The Wallet will be the first wallet application released on, and in partnership with, the Kai Mobile Operating system, the 3rd largest operating system globally. The SORTED Wallet will open a first crypto wallet to a projected 200m+ people. SORTED Wallet launches Q2 2022.

The link to the Dealroom will be revealed with the launch of the first public sale. Announcement coming very soon.

We are looking forward to onboarding new customers and will continue to release further blockchain and token enabled products in the near future. As part of SORTED’s launch, we have completed a rebrand of the SORS digital footprint, including our website. Finally, we’re delighted to welcome new hires across finance, commercial and technical fields — deepening our broad knowledge and capabilities as we grow.

It will prove to be an exciting year — make sure to follow us to keep updated on all our news and releases!
