Question: Name the most impactful lesson you learned from failure.

Kerry Moy: Not to trust so easily. And, to recognize that the lessons I have learned in failure, although painful, are more important than the lessons I have learned in success.

Question: What accomplishment are you most proud of?

Kerry Moy: I built my wealth/net worth, my own company, on my own with no financial assistance.

Question: What did you waste the most time on when you were first starting your career? Kerry Moy: Worrying about things that I had no control of.

Question: Name a tool you use for work that you can’t live without.

Kerry Moy: My Phone! It has access to all information, communication, forecasts, etc.

Question: What is your favorite hobby and why?

Kerry Moy: I write and compose music. It is my escape and a form of therapy. Mental exercise.

Question: What excited you the most about your industry right now?

Kerry Moy: Opportunities continue to present themselves in industries that will definitely change and improve the way we live. Realizing that, taking action on it, having my clients and myself benefit financially from the execution is exciting to me.

Kerry Moy: The misinformation that spreads in a contagious manner causes a lot of people to lose a lot of money.

Kerry Moy: Starting my own company without any financial assistance and the psychological security of a corporate safety net.

Kerry Moy: Recognizing that everything in life is temporary. With that perspective, I don’t worry or sweat the small stuff like I used to.

Kerry Moy: Have positive energy, be happy, be grateful, and smile!

Kerry Moy: Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. Where your mind goes, everything else follows. The power of the mind is so much more powerful than people give it credit for.

Question: Do you value intelligence or common sense more? Why?

Kerry Moy: This is a tough question because they both work hand in hand. If you are intelligent, you should make common-sense decisions. If you have common sense, then you must have a degree of intelligence. If you have common sense and no intelligence, you can only go so far. If you have intelligence and no common sense then your growth is also limited.

Question: What would you consider to be the perfect day?

Kerry Moy: To wake up, be healthy, happy, grateful, exercise, and spend time with the ones I love.
